# Using the web app

> Start a session, follow it as it works, and manage your workspace at app.mutagent.io.

Sign in at [app.mutagent.io](https://app.mutagent.io). Everything you do there happens in the
workspace you have selected.

## Start a session

On **Home**, describe what you want in the message box ("Describe the agent you want to build…").
Pick a repository branch and a model if you want something other than the defaults, then send.
Mutagent starts a Helix session in a cloud sandbox and opens it.

<Note>
**Early access.** Cloud sessions are not open to every account yet: we are letting accounts in
gradually while we test. If your account isn't enabled yet, the app tells you when you start a session.
</Note>

A coding agent cannot use the web app. It starts the same kind of session from the CLI, after
[signing in](/cli/commands/login): `mutagent helix -p "<task>"`. See
[Helix Cloud](/helix/cloud/overview).

## Follow a session

A session page shows the conversation as it happens: Helix's replies and thoughts stream in, and
tool calls appear as they run. Type in the **Message…** box to reply or steer the session. When
Helix asks you a question, you answer it right in the session.

**Sessions** lists every session in the workspace. Open one to read it again or carry on.

### A stopped session wakes up when you write

A cloud sandbox that has had nothing to do for 15 minutes stops, so it does not keep running.
The session stays in your list. Send it a message and it wakes up: the page shows **Waking up…**,
the session comes back from where it stopped, and your message is delivered. The conversation
carries on in the same thread.

## Keep an eye on your workspace

* **Inbox**: what needs your attention.
* **Review**: reports and items filed for review.
* **Monitor**: the triggers and routines that start runs from GitHub, Slack or a schedule, and
  the runs they started.

## Configuration

Each workspace has its own **Configuration**:

| Page | What you set up |
| - | - |
| **LLM Providers** | The model providers this workspace uses. Click **Configure** on a provider's card; **Add another** adds a second setup of the same provider. See [LLM providers](/platform/providers/overview). |
| **Environments** | Environment variables and secrets your sessions and runs can load. |
| **Integrations** | Connect GitHub and Slack. See [GitHub](/integrations/github) and [Slack](/integrations/slack). |
| **Sandbox Providers** | Where cloud sessions run. Mutagent Cloud is the default and the only provider available now; others are coming soon. |

## Settings

**Settings** holds your organization's details, its members and its API keys. See
[Accounts and workspaces](/get-started/accounts) and [API keys](/quickstart/api-keys).
